COFEEX should not collect browsing history, full URLs, DNS destinations or traffic content.

Operationally useful metering is limited to privacy-preserving counters by account, device, node, protocol and time bucket.

Before v1.0, encrypted storage for tunnel secrets and stronger secret redaction remain mandatory hardening work.
